For the next twenty two days, Mercury, the planet of communication and transportation is taking a backspin, which famously brings computer snafus and electronic malfunctions. However, this Mercury Retrograde will be a bit different because we are in the deeply feeling sign of Scorpio. So, this retrograde is all about looking within so that you can reconnect your heart and mind. This retrograde, you and I are meant to deepen your communication and rekindle your passions-to gain clarity by weeding out everything and everyone who no longer serves any purpose in our lives-especially outdated beliefs and thought patterns. Today, create some of your own treats by slowing down and focusing your attention within. During this Mercury retrograde, your mind can play tricks on you. It can make something seem worse than it is and it can also color your experiences and the way you perceive the world. You mind is powerful and is something that can control your life, if you don’t pause, reflect, and pay attention to the thoughts and the messages that you are telling yourself. Just for today, I recognize that Life is very simple. I create my experiences by my thinking and feeling patterns. What I believe about myself and my life becomes true for me. I do not fix my problems. I fix my thinking and my problems fix themselves. I know that it is my mind that creates my experiences and that I am unlimited in my own ability to create the good in my life. Every thought is creating my future. Life brings me only good experiences and everything is always working out for my highest good. And so it is.
