You are what you seek. This means that whatever joy you hoped “to get” after you get the dream job, earned the right amount of money or find the perfect house is in reality already within you! When you search for love, joy, power, money or for that matter, God, you are really searching for the experience of your "unconditioned Self" that is not limited by fear, separation, and lack. Today, begin to recognize that everything you seek is already within you and that all your pain comes from the belief that your source of happiness is outside you. That single misconception is what feeds your mental junk, your learned unworthiness, and your “not good enough” stuff. Today, begin to integrate the fact that whatever you want is here right now. Whether it is peace, wisdom, love or abundance, it is already here, right now, inside of you. Today, know that everything you seek is already within you and then make yourself wholly available to what is already inside of you-real healing will then begin.

Just for today, I look within to find my treasures. I know that everything that I seek is already within me. I allow myself to become still and quiet and I am amazed at what I find. Life is just waiting to share its secrets with me. Life loves and supports me in every possible way and everything in my life works now and forevermore. And so it is.
