Forgive
It is time to let go and to move on. However, in order to truly move on, you must let go of blame, resentment, and anger by realizing that those negative feelings are counter-productive and are preventing you from moving forward. And, no matter how justified you feel in your resentments and anger, it is only hurting you to hold onto them. Today, end this month by forgiving others and yourself, so that you can be free to move forward into a new month. Forgiving yourself is possibly the hardest part of letting go, but it’s also one of the most beneficial things you can do. Accept that you are only human, and humans make mistakes; it’s how we learn, after all. You did the best you knew how to at the time, and perhaps it didn't turn out exactly how you wanted it to, but it is time for you to forgive and to let go. Today, stop criticizing yourself. Talk to yourself kindly and finally forgive yourself for everything. You so deserve it. Today, forgive and let go.
Just for today, I am willing to forgive. I forgive everyone in my past for all perceived wrongs. I release them with love. I recognize that the person who is hardest for me to forgive is the one I need to forgive the most. I forgive you for not being the the way I want you to be. I forgive and set myself free. And so it is.
