Express your feelings

Your feelings are meant to be expressed. However, most of us were not taught healthy ways of expressing them or perhaps you were taught that expressing your feelings make you weak and even worse, they make you too sensitive. But, in truth no matter how much you hold in your feelings, they will find unconscious ways of expressing themselves. In repressing your true emotions, you end up hurting yourself more than you would have if you simply expressed them from the get-go.Today, allow yourself to feel all your feelings and then, allow yourself to express them. Today, set your intentions to honor your own feelings, emotions, and to do so in the kindest, most loving manner possible. Allowing yourself to express what is in your heart will not only make you feel more authentic but will also help you feel closer to the people and world around you and that is exactly what you are meant to do today.


Just for today, I listen to my feelings and I am gentle with myself. I know that all my feelings are my friends. I am safe when I express my emotions. I can remain serene in any situation. I am safe in all my relationships. I give and receive lots of love. I handle my life with joy and ease. I am safe and everything is working out for my highest good. And so it is.
