Believe it..

Do you believe you should be treated with respect? If you don’t believe it, you likely won’t require it from others in your life. Do you believe this moment is good enough? If you don’t believe it, you likely won’t enjoy it.Do you believe you deserve happiness? If you don’t believe it, you likely won’t let yourself feel it. And, although not everything is possible, far more is possible than you often realize and it starts with what you believe. Beliefs are thoughts that are NOT fact—meaning you can change them if you really want to. Today, recognize that what you belief about yourself and your life becomes your reality. And, that you can change the stories you tell yourself. You can change the limits you've set for ourselves. Most importantly, you can change what you do for yourself, starting right this moment. Every passing second is a new opportunity to be who you want to be, if believe you can. You may not always believe the best about and for yourself, but in this moment, you can choose to believe and act on it. If you believe it will work out, you’ll see opportunities. If you believe it won’t, you will see obstacles. Today, believe in yourself and your power to create the life you desire.

Just for today, I choose to believe that it is easy to change a behavior or thought pattern. It does not matter what other people say or do. What does matter is how I choose to respond and what I choose to believe about myself. Every thought I choose to think and to speak is creating my reality and my future. If I change the way I think, I can change my life. I choose to believe that Life brings me only wonderful new experiences and that everything is working out for my highest good. And so it is.
