Over thinking
We all face problems. Some are frivolous; some are life changing. Many of them cause us nothing more than stress. And, whatever issues life presents us, whether small or big, one thing is for sure, we think about them-we think about the a lot. We think about what to do, what not to do, and what would be “best” for us and for everyone around us. But how often do we think about our thinking or rather our over thinking? Today, consciously begin to question why you over-think, whether it’s productive, and how to overcome it. Begin by becoming aware that your over-thinking often comes from the notion that you "need to" make a grand finale decision that will never can change and must be correct. Of course, that thinking leads to more thinking since fear usually takes over causing us to do a whole lot more thinking. So, the first step to over thinking everything is to become comfortable with being wrong, and knowing that your opinions and knowledge of a situation will change with time. Through freeing yourself up from making the perfect and finale decision you can begin to feel a sense of true inner freedom and peace. Today stop worrying about the perfection of your decisions. Today, stop over thinking everything and take action to move forward, even if it is in the wrong direction. Stop thinking and do one of the thing you have been putting off. Today, take a leap of faith, step out of your mind, stop over thinking and just go for what you want.
Just for today, I recognize that it is my mind and my thoughts that create my experiences. I am unlimited to create the good in my life. I recognize that every decision I make is the right one for me. I lovingly accept my decisions, knowing that I am always free to change them. I am the manager of my life and my affairs. I make decisions easily and everything is working out for my highest good. And so it is.
