Everyone and every experience that crosses our path is a mirror. They have come into our lives because we have called them into our lives to show us something—to teach us how to be more of who we truly are. And, in truth our higher selves crave these experiences and relationships, because ultimately, this journey of Life is all about finding everything we want within ourselves rather than without. It is all about waking up. Today, no matter whether things just aren't working out the way you thought they would or that Life just seems so unfair, allow yourself to recognize that those people and experiences are happening for you, not to you. When you experience rejection in your external world, it is only because there are still places within yourself where you continue to reject yourself. This means you are still vibrating on the same frequency as rejection. As long as you reject yourself, you will continue to attract people and situations that reject you, because we attract the people, places, and things that are a vibrational match to ourselves. Today allow yourself to remain conscious about this and use those experiences as opportunities to break down the fear that keeps you from fully giving and receiving your own love and love from other people. Today, if you feel unappreciated, frustrated, or rejected, do yourself a favor and use them as opportunities for your good. Today, ask yourself: how could these people, places, or things show you the barriers within yourself that keep you from experiencing all the love, peace, and joy you long for. And, remember, your external world is only a reflection of your internal world.

Just for today, as I say yes to life, life says yes to me. Life mirrors my every thought. As I keep my thoughts positive, life brings me only good experiences. I attract only loving people into my life for the are a mirror of who and what I am. I am worthy of all that is good in life and I now lovingly allow myself to accept it. Life is now offering me all the experiences that I need for my personal growth and in truth every experience is perfect for my self growth. I am safe, divinely guided and protected. Everything is always working out for my highest good. And so it is.
