Often our most painful moments, the times that stretch our personality the furthest, are the moments that provide us with the greatest opportunity for growth. Those moments become an opportunity for you to develop greater self-love and greater self-trust. Today, after almost a month of lessons, more than ever it is the time to be extra loving and patient with yourself. Today, be patient with yourself as you begin to integrate all the many lessons that you received during Mercury Retrograde. Trust in the process of Life and be grateful for all your blessings even if they aren't exactly as you thought they would or should be.

Just for today, I am patient, tolerant and diplomatic. I have the patience to be kind to myself and others as I as I discover the truth of who I am. I will not be distracted by noise, setbacks or chatter. I will allow patience, commitment, purpose and grace to guide me. I am doing the best I can and every day gets easier. And so it is.
