Be at peace with the process of Life

Patience is not really a virtue- that makes it sound easy and light. No, patience can be hard and it takes practice. And, patience is really about having the inner strength to stick to your guns, face your fears, repeatedly let go of your expectations, and have TRUST that it will all work out in the end. And, that is why having patience can seem to be so hard. Today, begin to become comfortable with the process of whatever you are becoming. Despite our own expectations, there really isn't any designated amount of time it takes to achieve your goals or to overcome your old beliefs and habits. If you are not finding completion now with whatever you have been working on, then there is something more for you to know, to learn. Being impatient will not speed up the process; it only wastes time and in some cases, even slows you down or stops you. And, if you seem to be dealing with the same issues over and over again, it means that you still have more to learn. So, rushing and pushing through your lessons without truly integrating them does nothing but ensure that you will indeed see that lesson again. Today, set your intentions to be patient, to be fully present and to be willing to learn. Today allow yourself to consciously stop yourself from putting a time frame to your healing and everything else that is happening in your life. Allow yourself to be still, and remember that if you’re aligned with who you really are, all the pieces of the puzzle will fall into place at the perfect time in the perfect way.

Just for today, I will not allow noise, chatter or setbacks to distract me. I will allow patience, commitment, purpose and grace to guide me. I know that patience is being at peace with the process of Life. I am patient, tolerant and diplomatic. I relax and trust that everything is always working out for my highest good. And so it is.
