Trust your inner wisdom

We all have a constant stream of thoughts meandering through our minds. That’s part of being human. However, you get to choose which of those thoughts to engage with. You get to decide which thoughts you pay attention to and which ones are just fear and ego. Today, it is time to get out of your head and into your heart and your feelings. You do not have to stop thinking, which is the goal of meditation, you just need to simply to be selective about whether you believe your thinking. Because most of your thoughts are just stories you made up, often regretting the past or worrying about the future. Today, instead of listening to the endless stream of thoughts, consciously quiet your mind and pay attention to how you feel about things. That would be your intuition speaking to you. You are making some radical changes in your life right now and it is so important for you to get beyond the endless loop of thoughts and pay attention to the internal clues. Your intuition not your thoughts is always on your side, if you listen to it. Today get out of your head, think less and feel more.

Just for today, I listen to my feelings and I am gentle with myself. I know that all my feelings are my friends. I trust my inner wisdom. I allow myself to be quiet and still and I am amazed at what I discover, Life is just waiting to share its secrets with me. I know the more I dwell on what I do not want that is exactly what I will get more of. I trust my intuition to always be on my side. I am safe and out of this situation only good will come. And so it is.
