Sometimes the Universe jolts you awake. And, this is one of those times. As we head to the end of this year, and the end of a decade, there may be some major truths revealed in the world and in your life that will demand your attention. The Universe is shouting out to you that YOU simply cannot go about your life as if nothing needs to change. You simply cannot keep ignoring the issues, which keep coming up in your life, creating chaos and keeping you stuck. Things do not change by themselves and your monkey mind wants you to focus on drama, anything except your truth. Today, pay attention to those areas of your life you've been ignoring and allow them to be brought to the light of your consciousness. Although you have been avoiding this process, it can be a liberating one and it will set you up for an amazing 2020 and beyond. Today, be willing to change.

Just for today, I am willing to see how and where I need to change. I am willing to release old patterns and negative beliefs. The power that created me has given me the power to create my new life. I choose new positive, fulfilling thoughts and begin anew right here and right now. Everything is working out for my highest good. And so it is.
