Today, set your intentions to find the humor in your life and consciously look for things to laugh at. Whether you watch a comedy, speak to a humorous friend, or read a funny book, find something to laugh at. In fact, laugh at yourself and laugh at life, it will change everything.
Just for today, wherever I am there is joy and laughter. I remind myself not to take myself so seriously. I laugh at myself. I laugh at life. How wonderful it is to be alive. Everything is working out for my highest good. And so it is.
