Just for today, I return to the basics of life-forgiveness, gratitude, courage, love and humor. No person, place or things has any power over me for I am the only thinker in my mind. I create my own reality and everyone in it. I am beautiful and everyone loves me. I am loved an accepted exactly as I am right here and right now and everything in my life works now and forevermore. And so it is.
