Happy March! Life is truly a series of endings and beginnings. Each one proceeds the other. They really do not exist without one another. And, each ending no matter how you perceive it-good or bad, has something to teach you. Today, as you start a new month, start it by letting go of the past month and begin to create a new story by letting go of the stories that you have determined define you. Today, stop repeating the same hard luck story over and over. By retelling and reliving that old, sorry tale, you are acting as if that moment in time defines the whole story of your life. It doesn’t. You get to choose how the rest of your story will unfold. Today, stop talking about and dwelling on the people you believe hurt or betrayed you. Instead, focus on and talk about the positive aspects of your life right now and the wonderful things you are looking forward to welcoming into your life this month. You are the author of the next chapter in your life. Today, claim your power to create your new story.

Just for today, I am the star of my own movie. I am also the author and the director. I create wonderful new roles for myself. I claim my own power and lovingly create my own reality. All is truly well in my world. And so it is.
