Today, take some time to look within to acknowledge what you are afraid of and whether those fears are keeping you from pursuing your dreams and desires. Once your fears are brought to light, they will have no power over you. Today, be willing to see your shadows so that they can be transformed by the light of your truth.

Just for today, I look within to find my treasures. I am willing to see where and how I need to change. I choose to believe that all my changes are easy to make. I am willing to let go of all fear and doubt and my life becomes simple and easy. And so it is.
