Today we have a Full Lunar Eclipse in Cancer. Cancer is the sign of a Mother and this Full Lunar eclipse can help you learn how to nurture/mother those parts of yourself that you have been neglecting. And, this eclipse also initiates a whole series of celestial events that will be a wake up call for us all. Today, as we enter these highly transformative and charged time , be sure to keep yourself centered and grounded; treat yourself as you would treat your own child with kindness, love and compassion; accept all of your emotions not just the ones you feel are nice or that you happen to like; have love and respect for others even if they have different views than you and make time to let yourself just BE! The world as you know it will never look the same. Today, be willing to treat yourself in a whole new way; be willing to change and be willing to let go.

Just for today, I treat myself as if I am someone who I deeply love. I listen to my feelings and I am gentle with myself. I know that all my feelings are my friends, not just the ones I like. I am my own best friend. Other friends may come and go but I am always here with me and for me. I support myself in feeling good. I am safe, divinely guided and loved. And, everything is always working out for my highest good. And so it is.
