We are at the mid point of Venus retrograde, which is helping us or in some cases forcing us to open our hearts so we can expand our minds. However, that energy may be making you feel overwhelmed, confused and helpless. We are all being asked to re-examine every area of our lives-relationships, careers, health and our role in society as a whole. Today, if you find yourself feeling completely overwhelmed, confused or just plain angry, remember to look within not outside of you because you will not find the answers or the peace you seek in another person, place or thing. We all have been experiencing shocking revelations about ourselves and the world we live in. Today, allow yourself to stay awake. Your old ways of coping and dealing with adversity will no longer serve you. Today, ask a higher power than yourself to help you to usher in a new dawn of love and awakened awareness. Much will be revealed to you on this heart expanding day but you must allow yourself to first listen and then be willing to learn and to change.

Just for today, I trust the power that created me to protect me, guide me and love me at all times and under all circumstances. I have faith in the unlimited loving power of the Universe. I love and approve of myself and I trust the process of life. I am safe and Life supports me in every possible way. Out of this situation only good will come. And so it is.
