Tonight we have a New Moon Solar Eclipse which will happen just moments after the Summer solstice, Eclipses and solstices are said to mystical moments where the veils are lifted in the play of light and shadow. Such moments are a total reset of our consciousness, as if all of the heavens are pausing for us to take a collective breath. Those two highly powerful events are happening during a month with six planets in retrograde. Retrogrades are a time of deep introspection so that we can reset our intentions and revision our lives. All those profoundly powerful energies are intended to teach you and I how to protect and nurture ourselves by creating healthy boundaries and making certain that YOU are cared for, so you can in turn help others. You can never help others without harming yourself until you learn to set healthy boundaries. As we collectively re-birth a new foundation on which we live our lives by based on the principles of love, equality, peace and balance, we must all trust the unknown while finding answers within. Today, make time to go within and ask for guidance to be re-birthed. Do not go searching for those answers outside of yourself. Do not think that these energies do not effect you or your life. Today, ask for guidance on how you can bring love and peace into this world, while bringing more wholeness and nurturing to yourself. This is not a time to be afraid. In truth, you are waking up to new wonderful possibilities. It is time for us all to dream a better world into being. You have the power to change your life. Today and always that change begins inside of YOU.

Just for today, I trust my inner wisdom. I know that when I create harmony in my heart and my mind, I will find it in my life. The inner creates the outer always. I am a master at creating healthy boundaries that save my time, energy, creativity and emotional well being. I am at peace even in the midst of chaos. No person, place or thing has any power to upset me. I am safe and Life loves and support me in every possible way. Out of this situation only good will come and so it is.
