An attitude of gratitude

Sometimes it is easy to forget how, in truth, we all have so much to be grateful for, no matter what is going on in the world around us. And, if we allow ourselves to re-focus our attention on all the things that we have to be grateful for, everything changes. In fact, gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Today surrender your struggles, your disappointments, your resentments and fear and choose to be grateful for the changes that are happening in your life right now, even if you cannot see or appreciate the goodness that is in store for you. Today choose to be grateful for it all.

Just for today, I intentionally look at all the positive things in my life and I am grateful for them all. I am grateful for every experience I have ever had for it has shaped me into the person I am today and that is exactly who I am supposed to be right now at this very moment. The more grateful I feel the more I am aware that the supply is endless. I am willing to release the need to feel unworthy and for struggling and suffering. I am worthy of the very best in Life and I accept it now. I am grateful to be alive another wonderful day and everything is working out for my highest good. And so it is.
