Just for today, I recognize that every word I think and every sentence I speak is an affirmation. It is either negative or positive. Positive affirmations create positive experiences. Negative affirmations create negative experiences. My new affirmation habit is to speak only of the good I want in my life. Then only good will come to be. I use my words with care and everything is working out for my highest good. And so it is.
