Accept what is and learn from it

Everything in Life is transient and everything will end. Good and bad. And, you will always experience some amount of pain and suffering. However, pain is not your enemy. In fact, pain and suffering and peace and happiness are literally one and the same, more of a spectrum than two separate and unrelated things. In truth, without one, you can't have the other. Knowing this, you can learn how to accept your pain and suffering and transform it. So today remind yourself to wait during the bad times. Wait, watch, observe and perhaps most importantly, be willing to learn and to let go. Focus on what you can control and don’t resist and fight what you can’t. Today accept any suffering that you may be experiencing and instead of running from it or trying to push it away as we all have been taught to do, allow it to bring you peace and joy. And remember to cherish the good moments, because they too shall pass. Life is so much richer when you surrender to it rather than fighting it. And it all starts with accepting what is-accepting it all. Accept challenges as opportunities for growth and you’ll realize the true peace, joy, and freedom that exists beyond the concept of “good” and “bad.” “Good” things happen when you stop resisting the “bad” and instead allow it to transform you.

Just for today, I surrender to what is. I let go of what was and I have faith in what will be. I am willing to learn something new about myself every day. I am grateful for every experience I have every had for they have shaped me into the person who I am today and that is exactly who I am supposed to be. I am safe and from all my suffering only good and growth will come. And so it is.
