Right now we are experiencing a Super Full Moon Eclipse, even though on the West Coast we can't see it through the clouds. Supermoons occur when the Moon is closest to Earth and Lunar Eclipses occur when the Sun and Moon are in alignment and the Earth passes between them, creating a shadow. Eclipses are said to always bring revelations and this eclipse initiates a month of retrogrades and dramatic astrological activity. Eclipses essentially teach us to surrender and to trust in whatever is unfolding, even if they aren't what we thought they would be. Sometimes Eclipses can bring shocking events or surprises our way, and even though this can be challenging, you can think of an Eclipse like a message from the Universe, guiding you in a new and higher direction for your soul's evolution. What you once held to be true may no longer feel relevant to you and where you thought you were headed may seem like the wrong way now. Today, allow yourself to surrender and let go. Trust that what falls away from your life around the time of an Eclipse, even if it feels challenging or frightening, that it’s time to let go and begin anew. Today honor wherever you are right now, even if it’s not where you thought you would end up. Know that the time will soon come for new intentions to be set, and a new adventures to unfold. Today, lean into the lessons and the journey of this Eclipse. Use its presence to connect with your inner, true self. Recognize that any changes or transformations that unfold are part of your destiny and are there to take you to the next chapter of your evolution. Today, allow the endings to happen easily so new beginnings can occur. Allow old things to come to an end rather than struggling to keep them alive for no reason. Today surrender and let go.

Just for today, I surrender to what is. I let go of what was and I have faith in what will be. And so it is.
