Gratitude

Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. No matter what your circumstances, you can find things to appreciate in your life. Of course, it’s easier to recognize your blessings when things are going well, but you often need gratitude the most when you feel least able to access it. Today, make a conscious effort to appreciate all the good around you, and look for the silver lining of the not so good, in your life. Gratitude is a free, easily accessible way to feel better about yourself, your relationships, and your life. You can practice it anywhere, at any time; and with only a few moments out of your day, it can completely transform your experience of the world. Today look around and find things to be grateful for. It will change your day and your life.

Just for today, I awaken appreciating everything in sight and I give thanks. I express gratitude for all the good in my life. Each day brings wonderful new surprises. The more grateful I feel, the more I am aware that the supply is endless. I begin and end each day in gratitude and joy. And, in truth everything is always working out for my highest good. And so it is.
