This year has taught you and I how powerful and strong we are through experiencing many challenges. And, today it is time for you to recognize and acknowledge your new found strength and power. To acknowledge and accept that you are the only one who can save you. You are the only one that can rescue you. You may not have all the answers and you may need help and support along the way. But ultimately, when you are feeling stuck, thwarted or defeated, you are the one that needs to hold on, push through, and make your way to the other side. You and I inevitably will face challenges in life as we move along our journey. Today, know that the best defense is believing that you are strong, you will survive, and you will be better for it. Do not give up before your miracle happen. Trust that everything will happen in divine timing. Trust in your own strength, abilities and power. You are powerful. Today, believe it.

Just for today,I accept my power now. Life mirrors my every thought. As I keep my thoughts positive, Life brings me only good experiences. I am a capable person. I know that I can handle whatever comes my way. I am safe, divinely guided and protected and all is truly well in my world. And so it is.
