Just for today, I recognize that in order to change my life outside, I must change inside. The moment I am willing to change, it is amazing how the Universe begins to help me. It brings me everything that I need. I choose to believe that it is easy to change a thought or a pattern. As I change my thoughts the world around me changes. I am safe. It is only change and all is truly well in my world. And so it is.
