Reflection

We all need at least some alone time. But in this age of FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out), it can be incredibly challenging to “sacrifice” your social time for time spent with yourself. In fact, many people who don’t take the necessary time to recharge end up feeling isolated, despite always being with others.Today, take some time for reflection, by yourself, for yourself. There won’t always be people around for you to hang out with or to distract you from what is true for you. So, today begin to learn to be happy by yourself. This does not mean you get an excuse to isolate yourself. But rather to intentionally minimize your need for external validation so that you can find time to recuperate from the many stressors you've experiencing the past couple of weeks. Today, begin to get to know yourself and what really matters to you. Your alone time will make all the difference in your world. Today, create space to focus on you, what you want and what you want to release tomorrow during the Full moon. “He who lives in harmony with himself lives in harmony with the world.”

Just for today, my alone time is just as fulfilling as the time I spend with others. It does not matter what other people say or do. What does matter is how I choose to react and what I choose to believe about myself. I am now in free to take charge of my own life. I am safe, divinely protected, guided and loved. Out of this situation only good will come and everything is working out for my highest good. And so it is.
