Just for today, I nourish myself my saying no when I mean no and yes when I mean yes. I know what and I do not have to apologize for it. I lovingly protect myself with thoughts of joy and peace. The past is forgiven and forgotten and I am free in this moment. My mind and body are in perfect balance. I am a harmonious being. I feel safe in the rhythm and flow of my ever changing life. I know if I continue to focus on what I do not want. That is exactly what I will get more of. I trust my intuition to always be on my side. Everything is working out for my highest good and out of this situation only good will come. And so it is.
