We all have it: a little voice inside that tries to hold us back. It tells us not to say what we feel so we won’t make any waves. It tells us not to go for our dreams because we may not be good enough. And it often fills us with fear of failing and can stop us from growing and changing. Today,quiet that voice inside in your head that tells you to fit in, to not rock the boat and for sure, the voice that tells you to make certain that everyone is happy, sometimes at your own expense. Today, allow yourself to be bigger, brighter and shine your light from within. Make your own needs and wants your priority. Make time for the things you love to do, even if they feel silly, or superficial, or extravagant. Today, play. laugh. love and leap (it is Leap day). Go ahead and turn up your wattage, shine on as the brilliant star that you are! Today, shine and be sure to be seen!

Just for today, I am willing to see my magnificence. I appreciate all that I do. I am good enough. I ask for what I want. I speak up for myself. I claim my own power now. I am love. I am energy. I am a shining light and everything is always working out for my highest good. And so it is.
