What are you grateful for right now?

How often do you pause to appreciate what you have in life? How often are you grateful for the things that didn't work out for you or for things you have lost? Today, is the day that you begin to create a gratitude list of all things that you are grateful for, even if you are in the midst of hardship and challenges, there is always something for you to be grateful for. And although it may not always be easy, you can almost always find a reason to be grateful, even when confronted with tragedies, unexpected disasters, or even illness—you can find things to be grateful for. In fact, you will find that everything gets easier when you move past fear and desperation and nurture a grateful, hopeful heart. Today, be grateful for your life because none of us are promised tomorrow.

Just for today, I am grateful. I begin and end each day in gratitude and joy. I look at all the positive things in my life and I am grateful for them all. The more grateful I feel, the more I am aware that the supply is endless. I express gratitude for all the good in my life. Each day brings me wonderful new surprises. I am safe. I am loved and everything is working out for my highest good. And so it is.
