Mars in Aries

Today, I am told by my astrology friends is another big day in the celestial world. Mars is moving into Aries, which might be an uncomfortable experience for us. The good news is Mars is the planet of action, passion, assertion and aggression. This is the energy that helps you believe in yourself and pursue your goals with confidence. After so much soul-searching during these retrogrades, this energy will give you the much-needed push to make some profound changes in your life. However, while this energy can fuel your passions, it can also instigate a lot of anger as well. You may find yourself feeling impulsive, hot headed, angry, impatient and aggressive-even more than you have been feeling. No matter what unfolds, the message of Mars in Aries is to claim your independence and to stand in your power, rather than give it away. Mars in Aries wants you and I to be the leaders of our lives. This energy is very active, it is about taking a stand, taking action, and moving past your fears. Today, accept that these intense energies are creating some much needed change in your life and the world. This is nothing to be frighten of, but it is best to know how to channel this aggressive energy. Today, make certain that you are staying grounded. Exercise, meditate and for goodness sake, pause before you react. Be creative, but not manic. Live passionately, but not full of rage and follow your heart. Just for today, it does not matter what other people say or do. What does matter is how I choose to react and what I choose to believe about myself. I choose to feel good about myself no matter what other people say, do or think. I appreciate all that I do. I speak up for myself. I ask for what I want. I consciously claim my power now and lovingly create the reality I desire. I trust the power that created me to protect me, guide me and love me at all times and under all circumstances. I am safe. I am willing to change and everything is working out for my highest good. And so it is.
