The eclipse energies, which we are now all experiencing, are opening our eyes to new ways of being. In addition to the oppressive structures of our society, you and I are waking up to aspects of our lives that are no longer sustainable for us. EVERYTHING is changing and there is so much for us to learn about ourselves and about the world around us. And, it is time for us to engage the world with our full power and presence. That means releasing ourselves from other people's expectations of us and it means that it is time to show up and be seen and be heard. It is no longer a time to be tame. It is no longer a time to play it safe. Today, accept that you nor I can go back to who and what we were before we were awakened and that you will suffer if you continue to try. Today, we all must move forward by releasing the past; releasing ourselves from other people's expectations of us and to begin to co-create a better world individually and collectively. This change begins with you showing up completely as yourself. You are a powerful co-creator and today it is time for you and I to co-create a better world together based on our new ideals, new insights and new ways of being. Transformation is inevitable, today begin to be the change you want to see in your world.

Just for today, I am willing to change. I am willing to see how and where I need to change. When I am willing to change, it is amazing how the Universe brings me everything I need to help me to change. I have the courage to let go of all that no longer supports or serves any purpose in my life. I release it all with love. I am now free to move forward with love in my heart. I am safe. It is only change and everything is always working out for my highest good. And so it is.
