Busyness!

We are all so "busy" all the time. In fact, it has almost become a badge of honor to recount how busy we really are, as if our busyness make us more worthy and our lives more worthwhile. Today, begin to become more discerning on what you spend your time doing. Ask yourself before you put something on your calendar if it is really important to you; will that activity exhaust you to your detriment; or is it absolutely necessary for you to do that activity. Today, you stop being busy, stop doing so much and start to do things you love and that will benefit you in some way. Then, let go of the idea that you can do everything, for everyone, all the time. Doing less does not mean you do nothing; doing less means you spend more time doing what matters most to you, which will make your life happier and more fulfilling. “Sometimes doing less is more than enough.”

Just for today, I will stop the glorification of my busyness! I nourish myself by saying no when I mean no and yes when I mean yes. I know what I want and I do not have to apologize for it. I always have plenty of time to do what I need to do. Time expands for me. I am always divinely guided and protected and out of this situation only good will come. And so it is.
